Its that time again for my monthly progress pics. This month has been challenging as I was holiday for a week and had my little sister's wedding. I tried to be reasonably good whilst on holiday and also I did run for 3 miles each day when I away in order to minimise any potential damage.
Since being back I have started the Ripped in 30 DVD and was hoping for some good results. The DVD on a whole I have found much better than the 30 day shred but it is much harder.
Anyway here are my pics after having 10 days off plan and 3 weeks back on plan whilst doing the RI30. Left is May's pics and right is June's for comparison. Excuse how rough look but I litterally fall out of bed and take these straight away.
Stats:
Weight: 10st 12.8lbs (-1.6lb), Waist 31(sts), Hips 38.5 (-0.5), Thighs 20.25 (-0.25), Calf 14.5 (sts), Arm 12 (sts), Full bust 36.5 (-0.5), Under bust 31 (-1)
So for the month of May I lost a total of 1.6lbs and 2.25 inches. I'm actually quite pleased with my progress seeing as I've been on holiday as well. I can see that my upper tummy just above my belly button is starting to decrease slightly also so is my lower body.
And just so I don't lose focus this is how far I've come in 7 months.
I'm hoping when I report in at the begining of July I will weigh 10st 10lbs and then I will no longer be classed as overweight!
